Saw this in the garden of the hospital last week on a rainy day.
It’s just lovely, isn’t it?

It IS lovely! What glorious color!
We’re not quite at crocus weather yet; we’re not even at early-blooming forsythia thinking about waking up weather yet. Frankly, I’m surprised – and not a little jealous – that YOU are, given how much farther north your home sits on the planet than mine.
THIS is very beautiful. Wonderful.
Thank you mrschili and Paul.
Maybe it’s the Gulf Stream? That’s what they say anyway. You know in a couple of gardens on the West coast of Scotland there are huge palm trees growing – that’s put down to the Gulf Stream too
Lovely, lovely photograph. Might I ask what camera do you use?

Thank you damyantig,
I have two cameras. I carry an amazing little Nikon S10 in my pocket EVERYWHERE but this particular photo was taken with my main camera – a Nikon D70. I got it as a gift from the members of the Faculty of Homeopathy about 3 years ago and it changed my life! Seriously. It’s THE most amazing camera I’ve ever owned. I just love it.
